Associate Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder to lead dynamic advertising campaigns for top domestic and international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships: partner closely with senior‑level clients, building long‑term trust and delivering high‑impact communication strategies.
• Drive strategic insights: analyze markets, track competitors and translate consumer trends into actionable campaign insights.
• Lead creative & pitch proposals: craft compelling proposals, pitch ideas, estimate budgets and bring campaigns to life from concept to delivery.
• Orchestrate seamless delivery: coordinate across agency teams and external partners to run multi‑channel campaigns on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; diploma in Management, Administration or Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: 4‑5 years of proven experience in advertising, sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG, beverages or pharmaceuticals in Myanmar.
• Core traits: proactive problem‑solver with high initiative, a “can‑do” attitude and sharp attention to detail.
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal skills in English and Myanmar.
• Composure: thrives under pressure, manages tight deadlines and enjoys a fast‑paced agency environment.
