Assistant Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will support daily warehouse operations at Perfect Companion Group's facility in Yangon. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock counts.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and cross‑functional teams to optimise space utilisation and improve workflow efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse staff, guide forklift and material‑handling activities, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced operational setting.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon Region, Myanmar.
