Assistant Program Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant Program Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of academic and co‑curricular programs at Tara's International School. Working on‑site in Pyin Oo Lwin, the role ensures alignment with Pearson Edexcel requirements and school policies while providing excellent service to students, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and assist with program documentation.
• Prepare materials for classes, events, and examinations.
• Support student and family inquiries and maintain internal communications.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to track program timelines and ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Strong program management and development abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Solid project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience in education administration or program coordination is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in education, administration, or a related field preferred.
