Assistant Marketing Manager (Yangon)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing education consultancy in Yangon. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will help design and execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage our social media presence, and strengthen the Success brand among students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce Gen‑Z‑friendly videos, graphics and copy.
• Support the organization of events, seminars and school visits to increase brand visibility.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and adjust tactics quickly.
• Work closely with Business Development to ensure leads are high‑quality and on‑brand.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding or social‑media management.
• Strong eye for design and concise copywriting.
• Deep familiarity with current social‑media trends in Myanmar.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Fluent in Burmese and highly proficient in English.
