Assistant Marketing Manager – User Acquisition & Growth

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and growth initiatives for our digital wallet platform. You will design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive app downloads, sign‑ups, and active usage while collaborating closely with product, partnership and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end acquisition campaigns across BTL, partnership and digital channels.
• Manage the merchant and agent network expansion, ensuring high‑quality activation.
• Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour to optimise conversion funnels, reduce CPA and improve key metrics.
• Plan and run experiments on marketing channels and user journeys to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to increase monthly active users, reduce churn and boost long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal product, partnership, business and operations teams to align growth initiatives with market needs.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with industry partners, agencies, financial institutions and FMCG companies.
• Oversee the full acquisition pipeline from lead generation to activation and after‑sales service.
• Track, report and act on KPIs related to user growth, revenue and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, mobile apps or fast‑paced tech environments.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising team members or leading cross‑functional projects.
