Assistant Marketing Manager – Loyalty & Rewards

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager – Loyalty & Rewards will drive the design, execution and optimisation of consumer‑facing loyalty campaigns. Working closely with product, partnership and business development teams, you will ensure seamless integration of point‑earning rules, redemption catalog updates and co‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align promotional roadmaps with merchant onboarding and reward mechanics.
• Plan, launch and monitor integrated campaigns focused on point accumulation, tier upgrades, seasonal redemptions and referral programmes.
• Oversee creative assets and copywriting in English and Burmese, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print channels.
• Manage organic social media strategies on Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, maintaining an editorial calendar synced with promotions.
• Support paid media execution on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads, continuously optimising for efficiency.
• Liaise with agencies, production vendors and merchant marketing contacts, delivering briefs and tracking deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital communications or campaign management.
• Prior experience in consumer loyalty/rewards programmes, fintech, mobile wallets, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate multi‑channel performance data into actionable insights.
