Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline and on‑ground channels. The role works closely with sales, operations and IT teams to ensure consistent branding and effective delivery of promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch 360° marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and IT to coordinate campaign rollout.
• Create and supervise content such as ad copy, video scripts and promotional materials.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and report results.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and customer behavior.
• Manage marketing budgets to achieve cost‑efficient impact.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of media buying, content marketing and performance marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Leadership and team‑coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Ownership, accountability and a results‑oriented mindset.

• Transportation allowance, uniform, SIM card and phone bill coverage
• Standard working hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and Monday‑Friday schedule with alternate Saturdays off
