Assistant Manager – Mobile Product Management (Myanmar)

About the role

Samsung is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the marketing strategy and performance of its premium A‑series smartphone portfolio in Myanmar. You will be responsible for positioning, launch execution, and profitability of high‑end models, working closely with cross‑functional teams and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated product marketing strategy across the full product lifecycle.
• Define premium positioning and communication plans to strengthen brand preference.
• Manage end‑to‑end product launches, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Formulate pricing, margin, and partner margin structures to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Logistics, R&D and other internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide market insights, consumer trend analysis, and pre/post‑campaign analysis to optimise ROI.
• Oversee the product line P&L, marketing budget, and corrective actions against targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and premium channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (overseas) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into strategic plans.
• Proven experience communicating with sales and marketing teams to set and achieve targets.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritisation.
• High level of business English proficiency (written and verbal).
