Assistant HR Manager

About the role

The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR function by overseeing recruitment, employee records, payroll, and policy alignment. This role works closely with senior management to provide data‑driven insights that guide talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records across all HR databases.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring precise attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions in compliance with local labor laws and group policies.
• Align company HR policies with group guidelines and collaborate with executive management on talent acquisition, employee relations, retention, and organizational development.
• Prepare and deliver HR analytics and reports (turnover, cost‑per‑hire, training ROI) for the Managing Director and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of HR development and compliance processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
