Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help drive brand growth and strengthen market presence. You will work closely with senior brand leaders to develop strategies, execute campaigns, and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand growth strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Track and optimize digital marketing performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
• Manage strategic partnerships, events, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, real estate, consumer, or luxury brands is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project‑management skills.
• Analytical, proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Critical thinking, negotiation, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
