Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand growth strategies. The role will help strengthen market presence and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand growth strategies to enhance market presence.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Track and optimise digital marketing performance, customer acquisition and ROI.
• Manage strategic partnerships, events, activations and other brand visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications or related fields.
• Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, real estate, consumer or luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong analytical, proactive and highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
