About the role
The leading agriculture consulting and R&D firm in Southeast Asia is seeking an Agriculture Economist to join its Yangon office. The role focuses on applying research insights to support sustainable production and marketing of food across the value chain.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct value chain analysis for agricultural products.
- Develop value chain development strategies to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Design and deliver training programs for clients on value chain best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate research insights into client projects.
Required profile
- Significant experience in value chain analysis, development, and training.
- Strong interest in applying research insights to practical agricultural solutions.
- Dynamic and self‑motivated individual capable of adding value to projects and clients.
