Aftersales Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon leads the Aftersales Service Team for ATC Services. The manager oversees generator and power services, repairs, and emergency support while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Aftersales Service Team to meet business targets set by the General Manager.
• Schedule, manage and monitor daily generator services, power business, emergency calls and repair activities.
• Improve team performance by optimizing resource utilization and adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business through KPI‑driven service quality.
• Prepare weekly customer visit schedules, quotations, reporting and competitor pricing updates.
• Manage workshop operations, spare‑parts inventory and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and OEM partners to ensure seamless workflow and information flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of power products such as generators and solar systems, including system design, load calculation and proposal preparation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for after‑sales technical support.
• Basic business and financial understanding for planning, pricing and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams with good coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and internationally for training.
