Affiliate Manager - Myanmar

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international iGaming company seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in the Myanmar market. You will be responsible for building and nurturing affiliate partnerships that drive player acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in Myanmar.
• Activate and manage affiliate campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Analyze traffic data and KPIs to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
• Negotiate commission structures and deal terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, native language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in gambling, betting, or iGaming affiliate marketing.
• Proven ability to find, attract, and retain affiliates.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable working with performance metrics.
• Adaptable, proactive, and results‑oriented in a fast‑moving environment.
