Admissions Assistant

About the role

Network International School is seeking an Admissions Assistant to support prospective families through the entire admissions journey. You will act as a friendly first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for parents and students from enquiry to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to admissions enquiries, provide accurate school information, and guide families through the application process.
• Organise and conduct campus tours, open days and information sessions, presenting the school in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain admissions records, update databases, prepare letters, forms and other documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the Admissions Manager and cross‑functional teams (academic, finance, parent relations) to streamline enrolment workflows.
• Support front‑of‑house reception during busy periods and contribute to the wider Marketing, Admissions & Communications department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in admissions, administration, customer service or hospitality, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with a professional presentation.
• Fluent in Myanmar (spoken and written) and proficient in English for written correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using school information systems or similar database tools.
