Admin Coordinator – IT Fixed Asset Management

About the role

The Admin Coordinator will oversee the company's IT fixed asset records, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management of hardware and related accessories. This role involves coordinating asset assignments, handling transfers, and maintaining up‑to‑date records across multiple systems. The position supports branch offices by verifying inventories and preparing detailed asset reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT fixed asset records and inventory.
• Coordinate asset assignments, transfers, handovers, returns, and employee clearances.
• Conduct physical asset verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate asset repairs, replacements, write‑offs, disposals, and resales.
• Maintain asset records in Asset Manager, City Family, GLPI, and related systems.
• Monitor branch assets and follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare asset reports and maintain accurate asset and accessory registers.

Required profile

• Any bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, Fixed Asset Management, IT Administration, or Inventory Control.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware and asset lifecycle management.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
