Activation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Activation Manager to plan, coordinate and execute brand activations, events, roadshows and promotional activities across assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute brand activations, events, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Support in‑store, on‑ground and experiential marketing activities.
• Monitor and evaluate activation performance, including sales results, customer engagement, photos and reports.
• Ensure all activation materials and activities align with brand guidelines and standards.
• Manage timelines, logistics and operational details for marketing events.
• Prepare post‑activation reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Travel as needed and work weekends or during events when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, marketing or event management.
• Strong coordination, organizational and project‑management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/events as required.
