Accountant & HR Staff

About the role

The position combines full‑cycle accounting duties with core HR functions for a logistics company in Yangon. You will support both financial reporting and employee payroll while ensuring compliance with Myanmar regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process bank payments, issue invoices, record all accounting transactions and perform regular reconciliations for cash, bank and other accounts.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, tax filings, audit processes and maintain proper documentation.
• Review and process payroll, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and act as liaison with government authorities.
• Assist with recruitment, training activities and keep HR policies up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation and relevant HR tasks.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Attention to detail, teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with accounting software and payroll systems.
