Account Executive – Hybrid (Yangon)

About the role

The Account Executive is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Yangon, offering three on‑site days and two work‑from‑home days each week. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, preparing proposals, managing communications, and delivering performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals, communications, and content calendars.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Address client inquiries promptly and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for client campaigns.
• Analyse performance data to recommend improvements and drive account growth.

Required profile

• Ability to manage client accounts, build strong relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating digital‑marketing activities such as social‑media management, content planning, short‑video creation and online advertising.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical skills to handle multiple projects and interpret campaign data.
• Proficiency with common digital‑marketing tools and platforms; familiarity with social‑media ad managers and video‑creation tools is a plus.
• Comfort working both onsite in Yangon and remotely, with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Previous agency or client‑facing experience in digital marketing is preferred but not required.
