About the role
We are seeking a Senior Property Sales Consultant to drive growth for HK Property in Myanmar. The successful candidate will leverage a proven sales record to meet targets and develop effective strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and offer property consultancy services.
- Prepare and present business proposals to secure consulting agreements.
- Assess clients’ property needs and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct market research to identify high‑profitability areas and encourage investment.
- Analyse housing market trends to pinpoint attractive properties for clients.
- Show commercial and residential properties, advising on value and suitability.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
