About the role
The M&E Operations Manager oversees daily building facilities across multiple sites, ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems operate smoothly. The role supports the FM Coordinator in vendor coordination and maintains high standards of safety and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical facilities, including AC, plumbing, distribution boards, fire‑fighting equipment, and generators.
- Prepare duty rosters and weekly maintenance schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team members are trained in M&E procedures.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, manage external contractors, and submit performance reports to the FM Operation Manager.
Required profile
- Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in M&E operation management.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, ability to supervise staff, and coordinate with service vendors.
- Good communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; able to work independently under pressure.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email).
