Franchise & Regional Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Franchise & Regional Senior Marketing Executive is the strategic marketing point of contact for the Thailand Business Unit and Franchise Business Unit, translating brand and commercial direction into market‑specific plans while ensuring alignment and governance across campaigns, promotions, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for Thailand and franchise business units aligned with brand priorities and commercial targets.
• Lead campaign planning, governance and localization, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local markets.
• Manage franchise marketing processes, calendars, toolkits and compliance standards.
• Oversee the Marketing Executive – Thailand, providing coaching, setting priorities and ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare and track marketing budgets, evaluate vendors and coordinate with finance and procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in brand, retail, franchise, regional or F&B marketing, preferably leading cross‑market initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, campaign management, commercial thinking and performance analysis capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and excellent project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent business English; Thai language capability is an advantage.
