Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

The Sales and Business Development Executive is a full‑time hybrid position based in Yangon, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for both local and international markets. The role focuses on promoting handmade resin art, customized corporate gifts and creative wellness workshops to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients and B2B business opportunities.
• Promote customized handmade gifts, bulk orders, corporate wellness workshops and team‑building programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and sales plans tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain client records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales or business development (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to identify potential clients and independently develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in handmade products, creativity and innovative business solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant business tools.
