Content Team Lead

About the role

The Content Team Lead is a full-time role based in Yangon. This role oversees the content team, creates compelling content strategies and plans, and ensures all copies and assets align with the brand voice and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor writers to produce high‑quality content.
• Review and edit content to maintain consistency and brand standards.
• Coordinate with design and account teams to align creative assets with copy.
• Manage content workflows for social media, digital campaigns, and events.
• Track content performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Refine content strategies based on data insights and client feedback.
• Support client communications on all content‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English.
• Proven team‑leadership experience, including mentoring, performance feedback, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Hands‑on content management expertise such as planning calendars, creating top‑notch content, overseeing workflows, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Advanced writing skills for engaging marketing copy across social, digital, and campaign assets.
• Solid project‑management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver multiple initiatives on schedule.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency environments, preferably with campaign and social‑media focus.
