About the role
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and analysis, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive sound financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
- Support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance across all financial functions.
- Manage relationships with banks.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of finance experience with strong analytical skills.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
