Assistant Design Manager

About the role

We are hiring an Assistant Design Manager to support our design team in delivering steel‑structure projects across industrial, warehouse and factory sectors. The role involves preparing design proposals, estimating costs and coordinating with junior designers to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise initial architectural/design proposals for new projects.
• Calculate required materials for steel structure projects, including members, connections, bolts, plates and roofing.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and project cost estimates, checking local market prices.
• Support tendering by providing practical and cost‑effective design solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical documents and provide guidance to junior designers.
• Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure accuracy and smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in steel‑structure design, preferably in industrial, warehouse or factory projects.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar National Building Code (MNBC) and project coordination.

What we offer

• Salary up to 25 Lakhs (based on experience).
• Working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday half‑day, Sunday & gazetted holidays off.
