About the role

The Representative, Credit & Collections is responsible for managing customer collections while maintaining positive relationships through phone, digital channels, and field visits. The role aims to increase on‑time payments, follow up on due and overdue invoices, confirm receipts, update collection status and minimise bad‑debt risk.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily due and overdue invoice lists and create a tele‑calling plan.
• Contact assigned customers via phone or Viber, guide them through payment procedures and answer queries.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to verify bank transactions and send receipt copies.
• Escalate doubtful or long‑overdue accounts to the supervisor.
• Record each follow‑up in the collection tracker and submit daily reports.
• Visit customers according to a route plan, collect cash or cheques, verify amounts in the customer’s presence and provide receipts.
• Hand over collected funds and documents to the treasury team and update collection status.
• Support the AR team in reconciling collection records as needed.

Required profile

• Graduated or undergraduate with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience in cash collection or field collections within a similar industry.
