About the role
We are looking for an HR Manager for one of our clients. This role is to manage daily HR operations and support employees and management in the retail store.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll, and staff benefits.
- Support employee performance and development.
- Manage workplace issues and ensure company policies are followed.
- Work closely with management on staffing and HR needs.
Required profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in HR management, preferably in retail.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws is a plus.
