About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team remotely. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to our talent acquisition goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and screen candidate CVs
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules
- Achieve defined recruitment targets
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers are also welcome)
- Own a laptop, tablet or a smartphone capable of handling work tasks
- Reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi connection
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
