Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join Passion Design & Media’s Yangon studio to drive marketing initiatives that support both client and agency objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning, executing and analysing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Conduct market research, collect and analyse data, and produce reports.
• Support digital marketing activities on relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with internal design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients and sales efforts.
• Contribute to brand strategy development for clients.
• Track campaign performance and report results.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and campaign development abilities.
• Experience in market research, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational sales and marketing knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced creative environment and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
