Digital Skilling Programme Review Consultant – 8‑month contract

About the role

UNICEF Myanmar is seeking a consultant to lead a comprehensive review of its Adolescent Digital Skilling Programme. The eight‑month, office‑based assignment will analyse the programme’s digital learning initiatives, capture lessons learned and provide practical recommendations for future scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Review evidence and documentation from digital literacy, financial literacy and career‑development courses delivered through tablets and community learning centres.
• Assess the infrastructure, device‑management and classroom‑operation models used in various contexts.
• Evaluate pilot projects that use Raspberry Pi and offline AI tools for teacher support in low‑connectivity settings.
• Gather learner feedback and identify emerging learning needs.
• Produce a final report with actionable recommendations for UNICEF’s adolescent skilling and digital education strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design or International Development.
• At least five years of progressively responsible professional experience in programme evaluation, digital learning or adolescent education.
• Demonstrated experience working with digital education platforms and non‑formal learning environments.
