Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Yangon. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales across the group’s automotive, retail, distribution and related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and create platform‑specific content.
• Coordinate and launch online advertising campaigns.
• Oversee website content, performance, and SEO optimisation.
• Analyse web analytics data to improve digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, branding and management teams to align digital activities with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, competitor activities and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced digital marketing certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience managing digital channels for brands, preferably in automotive, retail or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams on‑site.

• Google Analytics for web analytics and reporting.
