Cash, Food and Livelihood Manager

About the role

World Vision seeks a senior leader to oversee cash, food and livelihood programmes across Myanmar. The manager will provide strategic direction, ensure high‑quality delivery and represent the organisation to donors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and portfolio coordination for multi‑sector projects.
• Supervise project managers, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and on‑time, on‑budget results.
• Develop and maintain donor relationships, lead fundraising and ensure high‑quality reporting.
• Strengthen organisational systems, internal collaboration and governance across operations, finance, procurement and security.
• Promote learning, evidence‑based programming and innovation, including climate‑resilient and market‑based approaches.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Humanitarian Studies or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in INGO or development settings.
• Proven experience managing large, multi‑donor, multi‑sector portfolios in fragile contexts.
• Demonstrated success in donor relationship management and fundraising.
• Excellent English communication skills; basic Myanmar language is an advantage.
