School Sales Manager

About the role

Kids&Us International is looking for a School Sales Manager to lead sales performance and team development across its Myanmar schools. The role combines strategic planning, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive student enrollment and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance management: set monthly objectives, monitor conversion across channels, prepare reports and adjust action plans.
• Develop and coach the sales team: conduct regular training, performance reviews, schedule management and ensure completion of training courses.
• Coordinate with other departments: work with the School Service Manager, Activation team, TMK Manager and Marketing to align prospect activities, recruitment and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in Burmese and English (WSE Level 11).
• Minimum 3 years experience in the education sector and at least 1 year in sales management.
• Strong result orientation, communication and influencing skills, organized and solution‑driven mindset.
• Leadership ability, professional appearance and capacity to work under pressure with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer literacy.
