Sales Representative (Chinese speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with international customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with early sales experience to develop their skills in a professional and international working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and arrange customer orders into the system.
• Monitor and follow up on orders until shipment is completed.
• Prepare and send price quotations to customers.
• Maintain and organize order files and records.
• Arrange and dispatch product samples to customers.
• Provide support to team members as needed.
• Prepare and send documents and follow up on payments.

Required profile

• Graduated from university.
• 1‑2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Strong organization and management abilities.
• Hard‑working, eager to learn, and confident in communication with customers.
• Problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
