Recruitment Service Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Service Officer supports end‑to‑end hiring for operational and entry‑level positions, ensuring timely recruitment that meets company standards. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk‑ins and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings and support mass hiring for operational roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records.
• Assist with salary communication, offer administration and pre‑employment medical coordination.
• Support job fairs, recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives.
• Handle pre‑onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Experience in operational hiring, retail, FMCG, food manufacturing or high‑volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, job portals, ATS, HRIS and MS Office applications.
