Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee construction operations at our Myawaddy City development. This critical leadership role manages large‑scale infrastructure and residential construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Willingness to be based in Myawaddy with periodic travel to Yangon.
