Project Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead cost, budget, and commercial controls for multi‑brand F&B new builds and remodel projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved scope and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project control governance, cost control processes, and reporting standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost plans.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, contract awards, and procurement activities.
• Lead change management, variation control, and cost impact assessments.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, and forecast project outcomes.
• Review and certify contractor claims, payments, and final accounts.
• Prepare management reports including budget performance, variance analysis, and EAC forecasts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure project readiness and successful delivery.
• Lead project commercial close‑out and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Project Control Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project controls, quantity surveying, or cost management for retail/F&B fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, tendering, contract administration, variations, claims, and final account settlement.
• Experience in multi‑site project rollouts and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
