About the role

Own the demand side of Go‑Taxi. Acquire, activate and retain riders, build the Go‑Taxi brand in Yangon, and grow revenue from corporate accounts. This role is accountable for the rider launch plan for the October 2026 pilot and for cost‑efficient growth after it.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market plan for the pilot and subsequent launch phases, managing paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Design referral programmes and rider promotions, set budgets and coordinate with the Platform Operations Lead for implementation.
• Drive rider acquisition through the KBZPay mini‑app partnership and manage app store listings on Google Play and the App Store.
• Improve conversion from app install to first completed ride, plan push notifications and in‑app messages for activation, repeat use and win‑back, and use rider feedback to enhance the experience.
• Identify and win corporate clients such as companies, hotels, hospitals, banks, embassies and NGOs; create proposal packs, pitch decks and rate cards, onboard accounts and manage monthly usage reviews, renewals and upselling.
• Protect the Go‑Taxi brand system, set creative direction, manage the content calendar in Myanmar and English, run social media, PR, community activities and launch events, and oversee the marketing budget, ROI reporting and compliance with consumer protection regulations.
