Manager, Client Growth Management

About the role

Manage client accounts to ensure smooth business integration and drive growth for our customers. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies, monitor performance and resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation.
• Develop business and marketing plans with clients to achieve overall objectives and profitability.
• Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Gather and report client operational results against KPIs set in service level agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities for existing clients and coordinate with the Business Development team.
• Manage contract renewal processes and resolve operational issues or service complaints.
• Schedule business communications and review meetings with client management teams.
• Act as the front‑line DKSH representative to facilitate ad‑hoc issue resolution and escalation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business and products.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences in cross‑country interactions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role and at least three years in a managerial capacity.
