IT Manager – Full‑time On‑site (Pazungdaung)

About the role

Million Mart Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its on‑site technology operations in Pazungdaung. This full‑time position will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems supporting the company’s retail and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure network reliability, data security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
• Plan and manage the IT budget, track assets, and drive continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced commercial or retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to reliability and uptime.
• Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
