Institutional Client Services – APAC

About the role

Binance’s VIP and Institutional team is seeking an Institutional Client Services professional for the APAC region. You will act as the primary point of contact for high‑value institutional and VIP customers, delivering dedicated support across Binance’s suite of products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for VIP and institutional clients, handling inquiries via multiple communication channels.
• Provide guidance on system integration, including API usage and trading platform functionalities.
• Act as first‑line support for account and system‑related issues, coordinating with internal teams such as account, finance, risk, and product.
• Collect customer feedback, manage projects, and drive product enhancements based on client requirements.
• Communicate system and product updates to ensure clients are aware of major changes.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client or trading desk support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, order types, and execution processes.
• Experience supporting crypto‑derivative trading products is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• API trading and integration.
• Operation of trading platforms and exchanges.
• Knowledge of crypto derivative products (e.g., futures).
• Understanding of blockchain transaction concepts.
