Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Copper, you will design and implement systems that detect and mitigate abusive behavior on our platform. You will work hands‑on with Google Cloud Platform and a suite of modern technologies to build robust, real‑time and batch data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement abuse‑mitigation systems that integrate new detection methods quickly.
• Operate large‑scale real‑time and batch data pipelines and backend services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand use cases and ensure swift, correct mitigation.
• Maintain and improve the reliability of data processing infrastructure.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience leading data analyst or data scientist teams.
• 6+ years solving business problems with data and advanced analytical methods.
• Proven experience building predictive and statistical models.
• Strong SQL expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication, comfortable presenting findings to decision‑makers.
