Driver & Logistics Assistant

About the role

Drive the assigned motor vehicle and provide transportation service to expatriates, visitors and staff while supporting logistics and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the assigned motor vehicle and provide transportation service to expatriates, visitors and staff.
• Arrange vehicles to meet time and route requirements and ensure no complaints are received.
• Maintain the fleet, conduct inspections, and perform immediate repairs as needed.
• Keep accurate logbooks, fuel records, and ensure timely renewal of vehicle licenses.
• Prepare and process payments for telephone, electricity and other bills.
• Handle fuel charges and submit claims to Finance promptly.
• Receive, inspect and distribute purchased supplies without damage or shortage.
• Assist with sourcing, procurement, and insurance coverage for assets and properties.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in audit methodologies or related financial functions.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; graduate degree preferred.
• Good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferably Sun Systems & Vision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Myanmar.
