Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to welcome and assist customers visiting our office for solar O&M services, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and professional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers who visit the office for solar O&M services.
• Answer customer calls, messages, emails, and service inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and handle complaints politely and professionally.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the O&M team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Receive, record, and monitor service requests from opening to closing.
• Follow up daily on pending service cases and provide customers with service updates.
• Coordinate with O&M engineers and technicians for site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Check technician availability and arrange appointments with customers.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams to resolve customer and service issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and maintain accurate customer and project records.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customer Service, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Good communication skills with the ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and handle complaints professionally.
• Experience in solar, electrical, engineering, or technical services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with email and customer communication platforms.
