Business Development Manager – Card & Digital Banking

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Card & Digital Banking will drive growth of the bank’s card and digital products, overseeing customer acquisition, activation, usage and retention. You will work closely with branches, internal teams and external partners to meet the bank’s strategic targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Card & Digital Banking business in line with the bank’s strategy and targets.
• Manage branches to achieve assigned targets, monitor performance and provide support where needed.
• Oversee product development from requirements through launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance and Credit to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with card schemes, fintech partners and other business partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer usage and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, performance reports and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to travel when required.
