Business Development Executive – Education

About the role

Myanmar Technopreneur Academy (MTA) is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive and support the growth of its training centre and education services by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic collaboration with business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate technology shifts and proactively develop new educational programs to become a market leader.
• Develop sales target plans for each academic term and strategically drive enrollment goals for new classes.
• Identify pathways and career opportunities for students after program completion.
• Collect data across different education service providers to develop benchmarking processes and implement best practices.
• Track ongoing classes, monitor student attendance and performance, and maintain communication with students and teachers.
• Liaise with the digital marketing team to create digital content and strategic campaign programs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in a private university or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
