Assistant Marketing Manager (Mandalay)

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support consumer activation initiatives targeting sports, gym and fitness audiences in Mandalay, helping to drive brand awareness for Pocari Sweat. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to execute effective marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute consumer activation strategies focused on sports, gym, and fitness audiences.
• Support planning and execution of seminars, group detailing, and engagements with KOLs, athletes, and students.
• Implement brand marketing activities, track performance, and optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies for sampling and promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reports on campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer activation, brand communication, or marketing (FMCG, beverage, or health industries preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
• Experience supporting multi‑channel campaigns and working with external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
