Agency Recruitment & Development Manager

About the role

The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) drives organisational growth by recruiting new insurance agents, designing training programmes and leading a high‑performing agency team to meet sales targets. This role combines talent acquisition, coaching and sales performance management within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source, attract and onboard new insurance agents to expand the agency network.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Guide agents in closing deals and accompany them to client meetings for on‑the‑ground support.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales activities, reviewing team performance to ensure regional targets are met.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between the company and agents, ensuring compliance and clear updates.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify and attract top talent and to design and implement effective training programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Outstanding organisational and leadership capabilities to manage, mentor and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector or solid knowledge of insurance products, practices and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
