Affiliate Relationship Manager

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager to nurture and expand long‑term partnerships with key affiliates, KOLs, trading communities and strategic channel partners across global markets. The role focuses on retention, revenue growth and risk mitigation rather than cold acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing affiliates and strategic partners.
• Drive performance growth in user acquisition, trading volume, retention and revenue contribution.
• Monitor affiliate metrics, flag abnormal behaviors and identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve affiliate concerns such as commission disputes, competitor poaching and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal to design joint campaigns and incentive programs.
• Analyze ROI, trading behaviors and lifecycle performance to improve ecosystem efficiency.
• Identify and prevent risks including wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi‑accounting and non‑compliant traffic sources.
• Stay informed on competitor affiliate programs, commission structures and industry trends.
• Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence and long‑term relationship development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms or related financial sectors.
• Deep familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission and rebate models.
• Background in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management or B2B partnership management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance growth with compliance.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder communication skills.
